Diesel DZ9000 series

The models in the Diesel DZ9000 series (DZ9000 through DZ9999) are among the most exclusive and rare watches the brand has ever released. Unlike the well-known commercial series (such as the Mega Chief or Mr. Daddy), the 9000 series was specifically reserved for Limited Editions and the Diesel Swiss Made collection.

Most watches in the DZ9000 series are “Swiss Made.” While regular Diesel watches often use Japanese quartz movements, the models in this range feature Swiss movements (often from manufacturers Ronda or ETA).
Materials:
Higher-quality materials were often used, such as sapphire crystal instead of mineral glass and higher-grade stainless steel.
Production:
These models were produced in much smaller batches than the standard lines, making them collector’s items today.
The caseback:
On these models, the caseback almost always features the words “Swiss Made” engraved in large letters, along with the unique production number.

Note: Due to the high value of the Swiss Made 9000 series, many replicas have been produced in the past. An authentic model from this range must always have an engraved serial number and feels significantly heavier and more substantial than a standard fashion watch.
